International Table Tennis for the Norwich Union Trophy
The first of a new series of five programmes featuring eight of the leading players in the world. They are split into two groups of four and initially play in a 'round-robin! format with the top two from each group going forward to the semi-finals.
Tonight's matches feature Gabor Gergely , the European Champion, who plays Janos Takacs , also from Hungary, and in the other group, former World Champion Istvan Jonyer meets Josef Dvoracek. Introduced by BARRY DAVIES Commentators TONY GUBBA and ALAN RANSOME
