A Talk by the Controller of Programmes on the Children's Hour Programmes for the New Year

on National Programme Daventry

View in Radio Times

Tonight Mr. C. G. Graves is to explain in detail the new plans for Children's Hour broadcasts, as was announced last week. It will interest listeners to know that in the future there is to be more co-operation between the different Children's Hours, making for greater variety, and that the time allotted to the broadcasts is to be extended. The number of children who regularly write and ask why the Children's Hour is not an hour at all, but only three-quarters of one, are to get their wish at last.
