The Comprehensive School, with its aim of bringing up the standard of the lower pupils, is apt to drag down the standard of the higher pupils.... the Grammar School as regards higher education is most certainly the better of the two
A far as I can see, I stand just as good a chance of getting to a university from this Comprehensive School as I would from any other school
