Full House

on BBC Two England

A live entertainment for Saturday, presenting a mixture of music, plays, poetry, prose, comedy, films, the visual arts - and a few surprises.

Introduced by Joe Melia with a little help from Roddy Maude-Roxby, John Muirhead and from the studio audience. Among the main events are:

Andre Previn with Kyung Wha Chung
Andre Previn talks to the dynamic and beautiful Korean violinist. Together they play music for violin and piano.

Adhocism
Have you ever made a 'tank' from a cotton reel, used a nail file as a screwdriver? These are examples of 'Adhocism' - using whatever comes to hand to solve problems. Tonight Charles Jencks and Nathan Silver invite the studio audience to assist in a demonstration of ad-hoc principles, with scenes improvised by Roddy Maude-Roxby and Theatre Machine.
