Jack McClean will explain to his fellow-farmers the working of the feeding-stuffs rationing scheme which comes into effect on Februarry 1. Mr. McClean, who farms at Liss in Hampshire, represents his county on the Council of the National Farmers' Union and was a member of the Committee set up by the Minister of Agriculture to work out the details of the Government scheme he is to discuss.
