While serving a jail sentence in Arkansas, Gator McKlusky learns that his young student brother has been murdered by the sadistic sheriff of Bogan County. Gator agrees to help the Federal Department break up the bootlegging business in the county and sets out as an undercover agent to trap the corrupt Sheriff Connors.
