This week he welcomes to the studio:
Muriel Tipton who shows how best to use flowers obtainable at this time of the year for home decoration.
Then he pays a visit to Weston Hall, Shropshire where he meets Roland Smith
Together they take you on a tour of the gardens to see some of the unusual plants and trees growing there and discuss the seasonal work being carried out.
In the studio he advises on: The feeding of onions; obtaining new potatoes for Christmas by planting now; and 'stopping' rooted cuttings of hydrangeas.
