The Great Fish Hunt
The rabbit fish, the red fish and the monk fish. Are these what we'll be eating in ten years' time? As improved techniques make it possible for us to take more and more fish from the sea, the limit to our existing fish stocks will be reached by the end of the decade. Scientists are now having to consider what might be our future sources of supply. Fish farming with oysters for everyone? Fish fingers from creatures dredged up from the sea bed? And what changes will it make to our eating habits? Horizon finds out. Narrator PAUL VAUGHAN
