Karl's Kidney - for Sale Karl restores and sells pianos in London. Business is bad, and he is convinced that selling a kidney is the only way out of debt. He has been told of a German count turned kidney-broker who offers E20,000 for kidneys at his transplant agency. Karl tries to deal with the elusive count but there is bad news from India. Ruthless competition has sent the price plummeting and the desperately poor will sell their kidneys for less than 91,000. Will Karl get a good deal anywhere?
