Reflections of a Dead Queen
A dramatic song-cycle by John Dankworth with text by Eleanor Bron, based on the lives of Mary Queen of Scots and Elizabeth I of England. It was specially written for: Lissa Gray and Elizabeth Leigh-Howard (sopranos), John Marson (harp), Leslie Pearson (harpsichord and organ)
Eleanor Bron introduces the work, and reads her poems.
