A special report into how the children of the Windrush generation have fared in the world of business, 50 years after the first wave of Caribbean migrants arrived in Britain.
Initially, many travellers filled the postwar labour shortages in manufacturing and the health service, but present-day entrepreneurs such as Islington tailor Charlie Allen - whose clothing designs sell alongside established fashion labels - are making major inroads into the mainstream business sector.
The programme also travels to Jamaica, and to America where black business is flourishing and companies are courted by big corporations. Reporter Kurt Barling. Presented by Maya Even.
