An orphan and minor offender is sent to the Industrial School for Boys and finds himself trapped in a system that does not distinguish between hardened criminals and boys who are guilty only of homelessness, poverty and unloving parents. The new superintendent tries to change things, only to be met by obstacles at every turn. John Ritter received an Emmy
Award for Three's Company, as did Betty Thomas for her portrayal of Officer Lucy Bates in Hill Street Blues.
Raphael Sbarge starred in the comedy series Better Days.
