Diane-Louise Jordan visits the southern Lake District where she discovers the thrills of an adventure holiday with a group of teenagers, learns how to care for cows, and views a special tapestry depicting the history of the Quakers. Music comes from Joanne Hogg, who sings O the Deep, Deep Love of Jesus, while hymns, sung in Holy Trinity Church in Kendal, include Fairest Lord Jesus, Praise My Soul the King of Heaven and King of Glory, King of Peace.
