In the last programme of the series, Albert and Michel are joined by Jancis Robinson at the Waterside Inn, and she chooses wine to accompany a special meal. The menu features dishes shown in the series such as autumn consomme and salmon wrapped in spinach.
In the studio, the brothers show how duck with honey and cloves, a recipe that requires 16 in the restaurant kitchen, can be adapted for easy entertaining at home.
