40 Minutes: Boobs in Toyland

on BBC Two England

Born in 1959 and named after her creator's daughter, Barbie is one of the world's most famous teenagers. She's appeared on chat shows, inspired lookalike contests, and been immortalised by Andy Warhol. Strange, since she can't speak and is only one foot tall. And still 500 million Barbies are oblivious to the burning question: are Barbie's boobs so huge that, brought to life, she'd topple over?
