This week, the elderly homeless. Frank Schallo is a lucky man. After 50 years spent in hostels or dormitories he now has a council flat and is enjoying life on his own. But a large number of older people with housing problems don't get help because the authorities cannot cope with their needs.
Also, do people with savings get a raw deal when applying for means tested benefits?
