At forty-six, Geraint Evans is in his twentieth year at Covent Garden, and has an international fame to match his great experience and expertise. The programme was filmed against three widely differing backgrounds - at Evans's home in Petts Wood, Kent, at Dynevor Castle in West Wales, and at last year's Salzburg Festival.
(Edward Downes and Douglas Robinson appear by arrangement with the General Administrator, Royal Opera House Covent Garden)
