Madhur Jaffrey's Far Eastern Cookery: Hong Kong

on BBC Two England

Last in a series of eight programmes

The people of Hong Kong are knowledgeable eaters. Although most Hong Kong Chinese are Cantonese, they have access to the four main cuisines of China. Madhur Jaffrey joins Hong Kong's leading gourmet Willy Mark as he shops for and cooks a Cantonese-style lunch.
Madhur shows how to make fried chicken with spring onion sauce (from Shanghai) and cold sesame noodles with chicken and vegetables (from western China).
