The Late Film: The Secret of Santa Vittoria

1945: in the little Italian village of Santa Vittoria the news of Mussolini's death is followed by another more disturbing announcement. The Germans intend to occupy Santa Vittoria and commandeer the wine that represents the village's wealth. Mayor Bombolirii and his fellow citizens are faced with a rather large problem -how to conceal one million bottles of wine from -the thirsty invaders.
