Second in a six-part travelogue which charts explorer Benedict Allen's four-month, 1,000-mile journey along the Skeleton Coast of Namibia.
Allen's route takes him to the ghost town of Pomona, site of the greatest diamond rush in history. The strain of the journey is taking its toll, and by the time he arrives at Luderitz, he needs immediate medical attention for mysterious sores all over his body.
