Alicia Huberman has been a subject of notoriety ever since her father was convicted of treason against the United States. When Devlin, a US secret service agent, proposes that she accompany him to Rio de Janeiro to help investigate and foil a sinister Nazi plot, she accepts the opportunity to expiate her father's crimes.
