Americans appearing in this country for the first time. The first set is by guitarist Joe Morris with Nate McBride (bass) and Curt Newton (drums). The second is by the duo of vocalist
Lauren Newton and guitarist Thomas Horstmann. The final set features
68-year-old Joe Maneri (clarinet and saxophone), who is joined by Matt Maneri (violin), Joe Lockhead (bass) and Randy Peterson (drums). Alyn Shipton also talks to several of the musicians about their music.
