Tribute to Vladimir Horowitz

Last month one of the world's great virtuoso pianists,
Vladimir Horowitz , died in New York aged 85. Three years ago he returned to his native Russia after a self-imposed exile of more than 60 years. This concert, in the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatoire, included works by Scarlatti, Mozart, Rachmaninov, Scriabin,
Schubert, Liszt and Chopin. Executive producer PETER GELB Director BRIAN LARGE (R) revised
