James Robertson, a usually quiet family man, snapped after a two-year feud with his neighbours and stabbed one of his tormentors through the heart with a knife. He protests his innocence against a charge of attempted murder, but the evidence against him is strong. A conviction could bring with it a ten-year jail sentence.
