These words were written 160 years ago about some of the events of the long war in Spain and Portugal against Napoleon's armies. The war gave us the word 'guerrilla' and it also gave us the passionate and brilliant work of the artist Goya.
Using the places, the pictures and the sounds of the time (for we even know the songs the men sang) Chronicle sets out to recreate certain episodes from those strangely modern years.
