In the last of the three semi-finals, the remaining trio of qualifiers are challenged to create a poultry main course, followed by a steamed pudding.
Scotland's contestant is Fiona Bird of Kirriemuir, Angus, who juggles being a mother of six with participating in cookery contests. The north of England is represented by Richard Doyle, a 26-year-old student from Oxspring in South Yorkshire, while beauty consultant Elizabeth Boyd-Ratcliff of Maldon in Essex competes for the east of England.
Richard Corrigan, chef and patron of the Michelin-starred Lindsay House restaurant in London's Soho, helps host Gary Rhodes with the all-important judging.
