Last night, in venues all over Edinburgh, some very nervous comedians were performing their usual routines trying hard not to think about the imminent announcement of this year's
Perrier Award, the most coveted award on Britain's comedy circuit. This special programme follows thejudges from initial meetings through to the midnight announcement of the winner.
Deadpan magazine's sweepstake names Harry Hill as this year's favourite, with runners-up including Jeff Green , Alan Davies and Donna McPhail.
