Covering motor-racing's Formula One World Championship. The Italian Grand Prix from Monza
Only one driver has won seven Grands Prix in a season-the late Jim Clark , giving Team Lotus their very first World Championship back in 1963. Today's race - the last in Europe this season - gives the current Lotus no 1, America's Mario Andretti has the chance to match that record, and possibly clinch the 1978 world title in his native Italy. Andretti, 38 could be the fifth oldest champion in the sport.
