James Miller overcame his epilepsy to become an Anglican priest. After 12 years as a Curate, he became Rector of a small Suffolk parish. Five years later his handicap had split the parish and he had to resign. Tonight's programme. looks at the Cockfield dilemma through the eyes of James Miller , his wife Mary, the parishioners who demanded his resignation and the Bishop who arranged it.
