Bitter Medicine

on BBC Two England

Cabaret act Struck Off and Die, alias Dr Tony Gardner and Dr Phil Hammond , were one of the hits on the Fringe at last month's Edinburgh Festival. The two locum doctors from Bristol use their anarchic medical humour to attack NHS work practices, particularly the extremely long hours worked by junior hospital doctors.
