The multi-billion-dollar US tobacco industry is under attack - its products are being banned from more and more public places and the big companies are being sued for vast amounts. Years of declining sales and a damaging price war have also hurt what is still the most lucrative tobacco market in the world. Steve Annett reports from the US on whether the industry is burning out.
