Timewatch - Britain's Forgotten Floods

on BBC Two England

2/6. The Asian tsunami of 2004 was a devastating natural disaster of epic proportions. Many believe a huge wave on this scale couldn't hit Europe - are they wrong? Their work is controversial, with a governmental report concluding that the risk of a tsunami in Britain is small. Historian, scientist and radio presenter Vanessa Collingridge weighs up the evidence. Directors/Producers Monika Kupper and Emma Parkins
