The missionary talk this afternoon is of special significance, for it is given to commemorate the hundred years of work carried out by the Edinburgh Medical Missionary Society. The talk will deal generally with the Christian method of medical missions and its achievement in the missionary effort of Christendom, with illustrations of the training, hospital, and evangelical aspects of the Edinburgh Medical Mission Society work. W. J. Stuart is himself an eminent Edinburgh surgeon.
