Continuing the new job-swap series, Rob Jones , a senior prison officer at the notoriously rundown all-male HMP Birmingham, exchanges roles for one week with Debbie Blenkharn , who has a similar position at HMP New Hall, a highly praised all-female jail situated in rural Yorkshire.
