Horizon: King Solomon's Tablet of Stone

on BBC Two England

In July 2001 a stone tablet mysteriously appeared in Israel that seemed to answer one of the great riddles of the ancient world. Bearing an inscription which stated that 3,000 years ago there was a magnificent temple - the Temple of Solomon, as described in the Bible - Israeli scientists declared the stone authentic.

But when an ancient box also appeared, apparently offering evidence for Jesus Christ's existence, scepticism began to creep in. Could two artefacts of such earth-shattering historical significance simply appear out of the blue?
