Opera on 3: Live from the Met: Tosca

The celebrated singer Roria Tosca plans an evening of love with the painter Mario Cavaradossi, while the Chief of Police, Baron Scarpia, spins a web of evil intrigue. Carol Vaness, Richard Leech and James Morris head the cast in tonight's performance of Puccini's three-act opera of jealousy, sado-masochism, torture, religion and murder set in Rome in 1800.
