Wednesday is, by tradition, the Royal day of this Royal Show, when in the presence of HM The Queen, the male riders contest their most coveted title and then, joined by the winner of this afternoon's ladies' competition, The Queen Elizabeth II Cup, the winners parade in front of the Royal Box to receive their trophies from HM The Queen herself.
