Pros and Cons. Tonight, an assessment of some of the tough moral and ethical dilemmas faced by the prison service. Does a prison officer rescue his colleagues or sex offenders first from a marauding mob? Will a padre break a confidence to save a life? The 'players' include former Home Secretary Merlyn Rees, prison officers and governors, a policeman, a probation officer and a solicitor. The moderator is Vincent Hanna. More'hypotheticals' are posed on Thursday and Friday.
