Period adventure, inspired by James Fenimore Cooper's classic novel, starring Daniel Day-Lewis and Madeleine Stowe.

Hawkeye and Uncas are the sons of Chingachgook. They fight as mercenaries in the power struggle between the French and British in the New World, but suddenly find themselves involved in bitter intrigue and betrayal, where far more than land is at stake.
