This is the gay and tuneful story of love in the gold-rush. Ben Rumson stumbles on a seam of gold and soon a town springs to life nearby. It is a town of men: Ben's daughter Jennifer is the only woman in the place. From a wide field she chooses the Mexican Julio, and the course of her love is rough indeed, especially since the gold seems to be running out...
