It is the second round of the regional phase of the competition to find Britain's best mobile phone salesperson. For many, it is the first time they will come face to face with a panel of judges designed to expose and exploit every weakness. Whether you are a self-nominator or chosen one, it is irrelevant to the judges - all they are after is the best. It is also the first time many of the contestants will have the chance to meet and size one another up.
What were petty rivalries become full-blown conflicts in the crucible of competition as 24 salespeople compete for only eight places in the grand final. For Callum Higson of Worle, it is a chance to show that big doesn't always mean better as he faces off against some of the industry giants. It is also an opportunity for EE favourite and chosen one Jonny Brown to strut his stuff to the judges and fellow competitors.
Through a series of challenges, each designed to test contestants' product knowledge, their sales technique and how they fair against each other, the judges will be able to clearly see who has what it takes and who is found wanting. Personal frailties are exposed and for many the pressure just becomes too much in this emotive and heartwarming episode. Show less
