Suzi Perry and Murray Walker introduce highlights from three classic British Grands Prix from Silverstone. First up is the sensational tussle between Nigel Mansell and Nelson Piquet in 1987 that is regarded as one of the finest races in Formula 1 history. Mansell was well adrift of his Brazilian rival but broke the lap record 11 times to reel him in before a brilliant manoeuvre with just two laps to go helped him take the chequered flag.
Next up is 1995, a race that is remembered as much for a dramatic collision between title rivals Damon Hill and Michael Schumacher as it is for Jonny Herbert's debut Grand Prix victory.
Then a look back to the 2008 race in which Lewis Hamilton produced a truly stunning drive in the wet to claim his first victory at Silverstone en route to a maiden drivers' championship. Show less
