This film follows the joy that set dancing brings to some of its oldest and most dedicated dancers - inspirational characters who refuse to allow life to age them. Escaping the pressures of work is Vincent Lewis, an 85-year-old printer who refuses to slow down. Finding solace in dancing after the death of her son, 84-year-old Isabel Woods attends classes every week with her husband Peter.
