On this stage of the Queen's Baton Relay, the Baton travels through some of the most remote countries and communities in the world as part of its journey round the Commonwealth, before its arrival in Glasgow for the Commonwealth Games this July. Adventurer Mark Beaumont is travelling with the Baton and on the way meets the characters and communities that make up the modern Commonwealth. On this programme the Baton continues its journey through the exotic Pacific Islands and hears how sporting ambition and success is one way for small island communities to make an impact on the international stage.
