Two of Britain's best-loved chefs Theo Randall and Rachel Allen continue their foodie road trip and head to Keith in the stunning Scottish Highlands. They're mission is to take on some of the best local cooks in traditional country shows, and today they'll be entering the stuffed mushroom category of the Keith Show.
En route, they visit a local mother-and-daughter team who have diversified from traditional farming to running their own bakery, producing over fifty thousand biscuits every week!
