Soon after the Civil War, a Yankee officer arrives in town and saves a card cheat from a lynching. Their intention of robbing the poorly-guarded bank is thwarted when masked raiders beat them to it and, in an ensuing gunfight, the young son of a cabaret dancer is accidentally shot dead. The remorseful officer insists on escorting the dancer with the body when she decides to bury her son in Apache territory. Show less
