Laura needs to return her engagement ring to her jilted fiance. Unfortunately she pawned it and it has been sold on to someone else. Ted ventures with her to Harlem to help her buy it back but the plan backfires and it takes an uncharacteristically generous and heartfelt gesture by Ted to sort things out.
Kate is assigned by MI-6 to get the fingerprints of a glamorous Italian KGB spy, but to meet her she'll need to get invited to the casino by the spy's handsome friend, the Yugoslavian diplomat Niko Lonza, who is on Kate's flight to Monte Carlo.
