A catch-up with each Dragon as they leave the Den to return to their business empires and their multimillionaire lifestyles.
This time, we're with Theo Paphitis as he heads off to Halkadiki in Greece. But this isn't just a well-earned break, because with him are 90 of his highest achieving employees all ready for a week of team building. And their first lesson from their retail guru boss? It's not just about the taking part - it's about winning!
Theo catches up with Laura Booth, and Sarah and Mike Longthorn - the WedgeWelly team, one of his investments this year. They're throwing a glamorous party for their new welly range and want their new business partner there as guest of honour. Theo also visits Peter Neath and Ian Worton, inventors of the Grillstream barbeque rack. When they came into the Den last year Theo was impressed, but not quite impressed enough to invest. Now Peter and Ian want to know if he'll change his mind. And when Theo co-invested in the circus group The Generating Company in 2005, some of the other Dragons didn't quite share his enthusiasm. Five years on, has he proved them wrong? Show less
