After last week's poor sales figures and a bruising boardroom battle, the candidates seize the opportunity to impress Lord Sugar and make some serious dough as they take over an industrial bakery.

The teams are each given a market stall from which they try to tempt hungry customers with their baked goods, and they also go head-to-head to pitch for the business of a high-class hotel, a restaurant and a coffee shop.

The heat rises in the bakeries as the teams work flat out to keep up with orders. With demanding clients, starving shoppers, and Nick and Karren keeping a watchful eye on proceedings, it isn't long before both teams start to feel the burn.

It isn't a warm reception in the boardroom for the losers as Lord Sugar delivers some unappetising news for one contender: The dreaded words "You're fired". Show less
