Top chef and restaurateur John Torode, and food writer and ingredients expert Gregg Wallace continue their search for the country's best amateur cook.
There are six exceptional contestants left in the competition and the pressure is on as they face two tough challenges to prove that they have what it takes to make it. Firstly they face a test of their teamwork and timing, as they have to create a three-course lunch for 20 of the most knowledgeable and discerning home cooks in the country - the Women's Institute.
Then they have to create one perfect dish for the judges that showcases their skills, creativity and palate - all using the same basic ingredient, a chicken.
